Concerning the Rainbow Crystal bug 06/20/2017 10:06 AM Thank you for playing Millennium War Aigis.

After the maintenance of the 6th of June,
When a Gold or above rarity unit was retired,
the number of Rainbow Crystals which is gained was erroneous.
This issue has now been fixed.

The measure as below have been taken in regards to this bug.

- Removal of all the Dark Knights gained from
　the excess occurred for the bug (implementation completed).
- Removal of the excess Rainbow Crystals.
- By taking into account all the Rainbow Crystals
　which were gained as normal and as an excess from the bug,
　all the users who exchange them for the Dark Knight will have
　the correct amount of Rainbow Crystals returned.
- Regarding the users who had Dark Knights removed,
　any combine materials or Present Items
　which were used will see its corresponding combine materials,
　gold and Present Items returned.

We sincerely apologize once more to all users
for any inconvenience caused from this bug.

As compensation caused by the bug,
all the users registered before the maintenance of June 20th 3:00 EST
will receive 2 free Sacred Crystals on the maintenance of June 27th 3:00 EST.

Furthermore, the current measures which have been applied
are countermeasures in accordance with the unfair behavior which occurred.
In regards to all users, while avoiding any unfair behaviors,
if any bug or any unfair behavior is ever confirmed,
please report so from the game support which can be found at the bottom of the page.

Announcement concerning the Rainbow Crystal bug 06/13/2017 11:06 AM Thank you for playing Millennium War Aigis.

After the maintenance of the 6th of June,
When a Gold or above rarity unit was retired,
the number of Rainbow Crystals which is gained was erroneous.
This issue has now been fixed.

Concerning the erroneous number which was distributed,
the Rainbow Crystal difference will be collected in the near future.
During the collection of the Rainbow Crystals,
users will temporarily be unable to login into the game,
hence your understanding is appreciated.

Furthermore, all users whom exchanged the Rainbow Crystals
gained from this bug to get the Dark Knight will see it removed.

Fixed the issues that some users receiving Emergency Mission's reward units [Shrine Princess Pupuru]
(After update is completed, "Data Updated" message will appear and the game will go to Title page,
and there is no need player to restart the game.
"Data Updated" message will not appear when you are playing Mission or Quest,
and it will not affect your gameplay.)

For players who received [Shrine Princess Pupuru] after maintenance on November 1, 2016,
we will perform data restoration on your account.

During data restoration on your account, you may not able to access the game.
This process may take some time for all players, so sorry for the inconvenience.

Regarding the rarity of Discharged Units
You can Discharge Gold, Platinum, Black,

*You cannot obtain Rainbow Crystals
from Discharging special units such as

About the number obtainable of Rainbow Crystals
For event units and units obtained
